Details of the Job/Internship
Oraiyan Groups is hiring a Legal Executive to join its Bengaluru office on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and verifying legal documents, providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with property and conveyancing laws, and managing legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and verify legal documents related to real estate transactions.
- Provide legal advice to internal teams and ensure compliance with property laws.
- Prepare and negotiate agreements including NDAs, vendor contracts, lease deeds, and MoUs.
- Manage and coordinate conveyancing and registration processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations and adherence to regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Kannada, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, lease deeds, and MoUs.
- Knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in real estate law is an advantage.
