Details of the Job/Internship

Oraiyan Groups is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 1 + years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manageproperty law matters including due diligence, title verification, and legal documentation for real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and validate legal documents such as sale deeds, agreements, and contracts.
• Provide legal counsel on real estate matters to internal teams and address client queries.
• Conduct legal research on property matters and stay updated on real estate laws.
• Liaise with government authorities, external counsel, and stakeholders for legal compliance.
• Maintain systematic documentation and record-keeping of all legal files.
• Assesslegal risks and recommend mitigation strategies for property transactions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Masters (LLM), Knowledge of Corporate law.
• 1+years of experience.
• Goodknowledge of property law, real estate regulations.
• Familiarity with Karnataka real estate regulations and RERA guidelines.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
