Details of the Job/Internship

Oraiyan Groups is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable property and real estate laws.
• Conduct due diligence and title verification for plots and projects.
• Provide legal advice to internal teams on real estate and project-related matters.
• Handle conveyancing, registration, and other land documentation processes.
• Liaise with government bodies, clients, and stakeholders as needed.
• Support other departments by ensuring smooth legal processing of property transactions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated with real estate regulations and changes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate law.
• Fluency in Kannada (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of property law, contracts, and conveyancing.
• Proven ability to draft and vet legal documentation.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments.
