Details of the Job/Internship
P. N. Pai & Co. is hiring an Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Mangaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate law matters including entity formation, structuring, due diligence, and restructuring.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, founder exits, and buyouts.
- Handle foreign direct investment matters, both inbound and outbound.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements across sectors.
- Assist in drafting and appearances before NCLT.
- Manage regulatory filings, statutory documentation, and approvals.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities for compliance matters.
- Handle intellectual property applications, hearings, and research.
- Manage registrations under Trust Act, Societies Act, Partnership Act, labour laws, POSH Act, and other statutes.
Eligibility
- Strong understanding of Company Law, SEBI Regulations, and corporate compliance.
- Experience in legal drafting, transaction support, and secretarial practices.
- Proficiency in MCA and ROC filings and handling NCLT matters.
- Knowledge of FEMA regulations and foreign investment advisory.
- Good organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, or related field; Company Secretary qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, legal research tools, and compliance software.
- Experience in corporate regulatory matters is an advantage.
