Paisalo Digital Limited is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–3 years of experience to handle recovery, litigation, and arbitration-related matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor recovery and litigation cases across different forums.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Support and coordinate with external counsels during arbitration proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries or briefs.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation and track case progress systematically.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized college/university.
• 2–3 years of experience in litigation, recovery, and arbitration.
• Strong knowledge of contract laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Salary/Stipend
