Parle Elizabeth Tools Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 5–7 years to join their office in Vasai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents to safeguard company interests.
- Assist in handling legal disputes, claims, and litigation support.
- Liaise with external legal counsel for advice and representation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Maintain and update legal records and documentation.
- Support management on legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate statutory filings, registrations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise the company accordingly.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 5–7 years of experience in corporate legal practice or as an in-house legal executive.
- Good understanding of corporate laws, contract laws, and regulatory compliances.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
