Details of the Job/Internship

Parle Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Vasai, Maharashtra.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage legal notices, vendor contracts, and client service agreements.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal documentation and records.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate legal roles.
• In-depth understanding of contract law and corporate compliance.
• Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
