Details of the Job/Internship
Patil Group is hiring Legal Executive with the experience of 5+ year to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other relevant materials.
- Ensure the accuracy and clarity of legal language used in various documents.
- Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents, identifying key terms, risks, and obligations. Collaborate with legal team members to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist the management in legal cases, including gathering and organizing relevant documents. Liaise with external legal counsel and provide necessary support during case proceedings.
- Act as a liaison between the legal team and internal departments, ensuring effective communication. Coordinate with external stakeholders, government agencies, and legal authorities as required.
- Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law. Provide summaries and analysis of legal issues affecting the manufacturing industry.
- Apply strong analytical and reasoning skills to assess legal issues and provide recommendations. Assist in the development of legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect company interests.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Legal Associate in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Sound knowledge of legal principles, contract law, and regulatory requirements in India.
- Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and databases.
- Member of bar council - mandatory
