Details of the Job/Internship

Patil Group is hiring Legal Executive with the experience of 5+ year to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other relevant materials.
• Ensure the accuracy and clarity of legal language used in various documents.
• Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents, identifying key terms, risks, and obligations. Collaborate with legal team members to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist the management in legal cases, including gathering and organizing relevant documents. Liaise with external legal counsel and provide necessary support during case proceedings.
• Act as a liaison between the legal team and internal departments, ensuring effective communication. Coordinate with external stakeholders, government agencies, and legal authorities as required.
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law. Provide summaries and analysis of legal issues affecting the manufacturing industry.
• Apply strong analytical and reasoning skills to assess legal issues and provide recommendations. Assist in the development of legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect company interests.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Legal Associate in a manufacturing or related industry.
• Sound knowledge of legal principles, contract law, and regulatory requirements in India.
• Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and databases.
• Member of bar council - mandatory
