Details of the Job/Internship

Pay10 India is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Delhi. The role involves handling legal research, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, managing end-to-end contract processes, and supporting legal and regulatory compliance in a growing fintech environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research.
• Draft, review, vet, and redline agreements including vendor agreements, NDAs, service level agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Review legal documents to ensure accuracy, enforceability, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage the end-to-end contract management process, including drafting, negotiation, execution, redlining, storage, and maintenance of contracts for repository and regulatory purposes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and finance teams on contractual, legal, and regulatory matters.
• Monitor and analyse legal and regulatory developments and provide inputs for updating internal policies, procedures, and contract templates.
• Support initiatives to mitigate legal and compliance risks.

Eligibility

• Strong legal drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of contractual, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Ability to accurately interpret laws, regulations, and legal documents.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Salary/Stipend
