PEB360 Solutions (INDIA) LLP is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Nagpur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting contracts, agreements, legal pleadings, notices, replies, and property documents.
• Vetting work orders and site contracts, and ensuring timely renewals.
• Coordinating with lawyers for litigation matters and filing cases under various laws.
• Visiting courts, advocates' offices, and government departments for legal matters.
• Providing legal advice on invoices, quotations, and commercial agreements.
• Ensuring legal compliance across all company sites and operations.
• Preparing and implementing compliance checklists.
• Overseeing compliance with labor laws, intellectual property rights, and insurance policies.
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks in PEB projects.
• Advising on contract negotiations and project legalities.
• Monitoring changes in construction laws and ensuring company compliance.

Eligibility

Expertise in corporate legal affairs and compliance.
