Details of the Job/Internship

Pen India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry to join their in-house legal team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review licensing, distribution, and service agreements.
• Support ongoing film and business transactions.
• Handle IP protection, compliance, and risk management.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal teams.
• Maintain legal documentation and contract databases.
• Draft legal notices and related correspondence.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of legal experience, specifically in media and entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of contract and IP laws.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary/Stipend
