Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Representing the company in court for various legal matters.
- Handling cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (cheque bounce cases).
- Managing arbitration proceedings.
Eligibility
- Proficient in drafting legal documents.
- Experience in court appearances.
- Knowledge of 138 Negotiable Instruments Act,cheque bounce cases, and arbitration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and word.
- Strong communication skills for borrowerinteractions.
