Details of the Job/Internship

Petpooja is hiring an Executive – Legal with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise on corporate governance and risk management.
• Manage intellectual property matters.
• Provide legal support to business teams and leadership.

Eligibility

• LL.B degree; LL.M preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Good understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
• Prior law firm experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
