Details of the Job/Internship
Pilgrim is hiring a Legal Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Vet, draft, and negotiate vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and employment documents.
- Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
- Draft and issue legal notices; review notices received and assist in dispute resolution.
- Coordinate trademark applications, renewals, and maintain IP records.
- Support CS functions including ROC filings, board documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Assist in drafting board resolutions and regulatory filings.
- Provide legal advice on business operations and minimize legal risks.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and ensure timely compliance.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognised university.
- 1–3 years of experience in contract drafting, compliance, and corporate law.
- Experience in trademark laws, dispute management, and corporate governance.
- Knowledge of Company Law, Contract Law, and statutory regulations.
