Details of the Job/Internship

PNB Housing Finance Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive (Off-roll) with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters related to collections.
• Handle cases under SARFAESI Act, Section 138/25, Arbitration, and Civil Procedure Code (CPC).
• Ensure legal compliance in all proceedings.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal recovery teams.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in collection litigation.
• Knowledge of SARFAESI, 138/25, Arbitration, CPC is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary/Stipend
