Details of the Job/Internship

Primus Corporate is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Ernakulam.

Role and Responsibilities

• Company Incorporation & MCA Filings: Manage the process of company incorporations and ensure timely filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
• Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, agreements, corporate governance materials, and compliance-related documents.
• Agreement Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and amend various agreements, including commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents, ensuring alignment with legal standards.
• Client Management: Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their legal needs are met and compliance is maintained in their business operations.
• Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards. Ensure that the company and clients comply with all legal obligations, including regulatory filings, annual returns, and other statutory requirements.
• General Legal Support: Assist in legal research, dispute resolution, and other tasks as required. Support the senior legal team with strategic legal advice and actions.

Eligibility

• Education: LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in corporate law, MCA filings, compliance, and agreement drafting.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of legal compliance, corporate governance, and statutory regulations.
• Proficient in legal document drafting, reviewing, and editing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal management software.

Salary/Stipend
