Prisma AI is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 0 to 2 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts such as License agreement, service agreement, vendor agreement, alliance agreements etc.
- Drafting of consultant agreements, employment agreements, consent letters etc.
- Experience in drafting policies such as privacy policy, CCPA, GDPR, and DPDP policies.
- Coordinating with external counsel, advising and assisting the company in filing Intellectual Property documents.
Eligibility
- Graduate, LLB.
- Experience- 0 to 2 years.
