Progenesis Fertility Center is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of to join their office in Thane. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling and coordinating litigation matters.
• Assisting in corporate law-related work, agreements, and compliance.
• Preparing legal documents, notices, and case summaries.
• Supporting courtroom presentations and coordinating with advocates.
• Tracking case status, hearings, and legal timelines.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external counsel.

Eligibility

• Sound knowledge of litigation procedures.
• Exposure to corporate law.
• Experience or interest in courtroom presentation.
• Strong drafting and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Salary/Stipend
