Details of the Job/Internship

Property First Realty LLP is hiring for the position of Legal Executive to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, ensuring legal soundness and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Title Verification & Due Diligence:
• Conduct and oversee comprehensive title verification, chain of title assessments, and encumbrance checks for all properties.
• Prepare detailed due diligence reports to support proposed land acquisitions or joint ventures.
• Document Management:
  • Maintain a robust and organized repository of all critical legal documents, including title deeds, contracts, regulatory approvals, and correspondence.
• Digitize and securely store all legal records to ensure quick accessibility and readiness for audits.

Eligibility

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized institution.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
