Details of the Job/Internship

Property First is hiring a Legal Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice and analysis on property-related matters.
• Assist in conveyancing and documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with property laws and applicable legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
• Liaise with developers, clients, and legal teams to facilitate transactions.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law, with a focus on property law.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and conveyancing.
• Ability to provide sound legal advice and analysis.
• Experience in real estate legal processes or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Enrollment as an advocate is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
