Details of the Job/Internship

Puravankara Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Executive.

Role and Responsibilities

The Junior Executive Legal will be responsible for legal document preparation, providing legal advice, handling property law matters, and managing conveyancing processes. They will also assist in legal research and analysis, contract drafting, and compliance-relateted.

Eligibility

• Expertise in law, property law, and Registration process and compliances
• Experience in legal document preparation and providing legal advice
• Strong research and analytical skills in the legal domain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Familiarity with relevant legal software and tools
• Relevant degree in law or a related field
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Salary/Stipend
