Details of the Job/Internship

Quantiphi is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Mumbai/Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Consult the team's senior attorneys and the reporting manager while drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. In the US, Canada, India, the UK, and other countries, agreements include non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, collaboration agreements, partnership agreements, RFPs, and other comparable agreements.
• Be willing to learn, understand Quantiphi's strategy, use the tools and resources at your disposal to independently develop your skills, and understand the company's stance on commonly negotiated clauses.
• To guarantee that Quantiphi's interests are adequately protected, work closely and cooperatively with the delivery, sales, finance, and HR teams, among others.
• Assist the team's top attorneys in carrying out strategic goals and projects.
• Help senior attorneys answer internal questions about client engagements, contracts, compliance, etc.
• Using resources like PracLaw, Manupatra, and Westlaw, give the legal team and business stakeholders well-researched answers to their questions.
• Keep the legal document repository up to date and well-organized, making sure that all legal files and papers are securely kept and readily available.
• Conduct meetings and create training materials for internal stakeholders to assist the bigger team.

Eligibility

• One to two years of experience writing and negotiating contracts to completion, ideally with IT or technology multinational corporations or a reputable legal practice.
• It will be advantageous to have prior experience working in a cross-cultural, international organization.
• A law degree from an established, reputable university.
• Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking. fluent in the English language.
• A thorough comprehension of fundamental legal principles and a readiness to pick up and use new abilities.
• Collaborative style, self-starter mentality, adaptability, and high integrity, along with a proven track record of fostering partnerships across time zones and teams.
• The capacity to set priorities, operate in a hectic setting, and fulfill deadlines.
• The capacity to thoroughly investigate issues and do legal study.
