R9 Wealth India Private Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
Legal Research & Advisory
- Conduct comprehensive legal research in areas such as environmental law, civil law, contract law, mines law, and corporate law.
- Interpret statutes, case law, and regulatory guidelines to provide strategic and timely legal advice.
Document Drafting & Review
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including contracts, legal representations, corporate policies, compliance reports, and litigation documents.
- Ensure all legal documents are accurate, compliant with current laws and regulations, and aligned with internal policies.
Case & File Management
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for legal records and case files, ensuring data security and accessibility.
- Track key deadlines, case developments, and compliance timelines for effective legal case management.
Compliance & Due Diligence
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure ongoing compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Conduct due diligence, risk assessments, and internal audits to support compliance and prepare for external regulatory inspections.
Eligibility
- Education:
- LLB or equivalent graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in legal roles, with exposure to one or more areas such as environmental, civil, contract, or corporate law.
- Prior experience in legal research, documentation, and regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Skilled in using legal research tools (e.g., SCC) and document management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical & Communication Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English, capable of conveying complex legal concepts clearly.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality at all times.
