Details of the Job/Internship
Rapyder Cloud Solutions is hiring a Legal Counsel with over 2 years of experience to join their office in Bangalore. The role involves managing commercial contracts, providing legal advice to internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and provide counsel on various commercial customer and vendor contracts, including NDAs, SOWs, MOUs, and other agreements.
- Vet legal agreements (NDA, MSA, etc.) from partners, customers, and vendors.
- Handle ESOP trust creation and administration.
- Provide legal advice on issues related to company operations, client agreements, and vendor partnerships.
- Advise on data protection, privacy, and security matters, including GDPR and CCPA compliance.
- Guide on intellectual property, trademark, and copyright laws.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including cybersecurity and data protection.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.
- Represent the company before legal and statutory authorities, including negotiations when required.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal advisory, contract management, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of commercial and corporate law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
