Details of the Job/Internship

RBZ Jewellers Ltd is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet various contracts including NDAs, commercial agreements, and job work contracts.
• Manage property law matters and execute tasks related to conveyancing and real estate documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities for the procurement and renewal of licenses, approvals, and registrations.
• Ensure strict adherence to Labour, Contract, Banking, and Intellectual Property laws.
• Review banking and financial documents such as loan agreements, mortgages, guarantees, and security deeds.
• Maintain meticulous records of legal agreements, compliance filings, and statutory documentation.
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes to ensure the organization remains compliant.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel regarding litigation, legal notices, and dispute resolution.
• Assist in the preparation of evidence and documentation required for legal proceedings.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Relevant experience in legal, compliance, or corporate law functions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal drafting and contract management.
• Solid understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks and statutory compliance.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with strong documentation and problem-solving abilities.
