Details of the Job/Internship
RCM is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Rajasthan.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents (Notices, Agreements, etc.)
- Manage Trademark Registration.
- Knowledge of Food/packaging Laws (FMCG/Direct Selling).
- Handle consumer grievances, litigation, and property matters.
- Use legal tools and software for document management and case tracking. (MIS)
- Legal compliances of manufacturing plants and companies relating to labor and factory.
- Knowledge of property-related laws and documents including title verification.
Eligibility
- LLB/ LLM.
- 1-2 Years (Fresher’s also considered)
- Proficient in excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Accountability and ownership in legal tasks.
- Proficiency in legal tools and software.
- Knowledge of legal frameworks and property laws.
