Details of the Job/Internship
RDB Group is hiring for the position of Legal Executive to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Provide legal advice on property-related matters.
- Assist with property registration and conveyancing procedures.
- Conduct legal research and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve legal issues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of property law and real estate legal procedures.
- Proven experience in legal document preparation and conveyancing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
