Details of the Job/Internship

Realsta is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure and oversee timely submission of documents to regulatory authorities.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.
• Stay updated on real estate law changes and advise the company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and review title reports and property documents.
• Assist with the preparation and filing of transaction documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations.
• Assist with corporate governance, including board resolutions and minutes.
• Support internal departments with legal advice.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence.

Eligibility

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Law.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate law, including transactional work and property management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate matters, RERA/HRERA, and due diligence processes.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of agreements like development, sale, lease, leave and license.
• Experience in statutory and regulatory compliance management.
• Experience in drafting customer agreements for pre/post sales.
