Recity Network Private Limited is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- In-depth understanding and drafting of Development, Sale, Lease, and Leave & License agreements.
- Provide legal assistance to various internal teams on corporate matters.
- Handle corporate law compliance.
- Manage the company’s IP assets, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and brand names (registrations and renewals).
- Prepare and send legal notices to clients and file legal cases if required.
- Provide counsel and assistance to the IT Department on software licensing and anti-infringement.
- Support in creating structures and environments for compliance.
- Provide legal advice to operations teams on MRF building and regulatory matters.
- Guide policy drafting in compliance with legal requirements for MRF and various business units.
- Streamline the legal process across departments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support corporate and legal functions.
- Vet contracts, agreements, and other documents.
- Manage and close litigation, if required.
- Monitor legal and statutory approvals, permits, and licenses relevant to India.
- Track legislative and regulatory developments related to the business industry.
Eligibility
- Complete knowledge of company's legal background.
- Strong communication skills.
