Regia Ceramica is hiring a Legal Executive with BA LLB/LLM qualifications to join their office in Siliguri.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes affecting the organisation.
- Communicate and negotiate with regulators, authorities, and external counsel.
- Draft, review, and approve agreements, contracts, policies, and legal documents.
- Implement legal processes and documentation across functions.
- Maintain updated knowledge of laws in relevant jurisdictions.
- Prepare training materials and deliver sessions on legal topics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely legal advice.
- Develop a curriculum to communicate legal matters to employees.
Eligibility
- BA LLB / LLM.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and procedure.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken); other languages preferred.
- Strong organizational, investigative, and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to digital tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and proactive.
