The role involves providing legal guidance, reviewing documents, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and supporting legal operations across investment and portfolio activities.

Role and Responsibilities

Providing legal advice to the investment team on deal-related matters including due diligence, structuring, and documentation.
Reviewing and negotiating legal agreements such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and transaction documents.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Identifying and mitigating legal risks.
Managing legal disputes and litigation.
Assisting in fund formation and related legal activities.
Providing legal support to portfolio companies on governance, contracts, and regulatory matters.
Handling compliance matters for AMC, Trustee, fund entities, and portfolio companies.

Eligibility

LLB or BA LLB from a recognised university.
Registration with the Bar Council of India.
