Details of the Job/Internship

Rentkar is hiring for the position of Legal Executive to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal agreements and documentation.
• Provide sound legal advice on business and operational matters.
• Handle matters related to property law and conveyancing.
• Liaise and coordinate with recovery agents, law enforcement, courts, and external legal counsel.
• Represent the company during court visits and legal proceedings as required.
• Strategize legal responses to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
• Manage legal disputes and litigation in coordination with relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and proactively identify legal risks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); must be a practicing lawyer.
• Demonstrated expertise in property law, criminal law, and conveyancing.
• Strong experience in legal drafting and document preparation..
• Skilled in litigation handling, court coordination, and police liaison.
• Ability to navigate complex legal issues and deliver actionable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in the rental, real estate, or consumer services industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
