Details of the Job/Internship
Rentkar is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–4 years of experience to manage legal affairs nationwide. The role involves drafting notices, managing defaulter cases, filing complaints, attending hearings, and building internal legal processes for smoother coordination.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal notices, warning letters, and agreements related to rentals and recoveries.
- Communicate with defaulters and negotiate settlements where applicable.
- File police complaints and coordinate with authorities for asset recovery.
- File online complaints on relevant government portals.
- Identify and coordinate with lawyers across India for case handling.
- Attend court hearings and ensure punctual follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of notices, cases, and hearing updates.
- Build streamlined internal legal communication processes for all branches.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate, compliance, or litigation roles.
- Knowledge of IPC, Civil Procedures, and Consumer Protection Laws.
- Experience dealing with police authorities and filing complaints/FIRs.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and government legal filing portals.
