RentoMojo offers asset leasing, helping you set up your home at easy and affordable rentals (RMI).

Details of the Job/Internship

RentoMojo is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Executive with 1-2 years of experience in General Corporate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Liase with internal stakeholders
• Handle secretarial compliance relating to the Companies Act, 2013.
• Liaise with the outside counsels of the Company to provide necessary information and inputs for various legal matters.
• Assist the reporting manager in doing research on various laws.
• Drafting and replying to legal notices.
• Contract life management.

Eligibility

• Bachelors in Law.
• 1-2 years experience in General Corporate (preferable).
• Knowledge of Companies Act 2013, Indian Contract Act 1872, 
• Negotiable Instruments Act 1881 and Regional Stamp Act.
• Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
• Good written and oral skills.
• Able to multi-task work in hand.
• Good research skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.

Salary/Stipend
