Rosetta Hospitality is hiring a Legal Executive to join them at their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle registration of all types of deeds before the Sub registrar/District registrar office.
- Understanding and handling litigation practices/current court procedures.
- Drafting, vetting of various deeds, agreements, documents, etc
- Handle all legal documentation and Contract Management.
- Filing, ERP updating and documentation.
- Translation of documents/circulars etc.
- Correspondence with the clients and Answering Legal queries.
- Property due diligence in terms of Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act/procedures, Karnataka land reforms Act, Karnataka Land Revenue Act.
- Sourcing and handling revenue documents from the department.
- Any other task given by Supervisor or Managements.
Eligibility
- Read, Write & Speak Kannada & English is must.
- A law graduate from any university of Karnataka (preference for colleges from Bangalore and South Karnataka).
- Reasonable experience (2-5 yrs) in property due diligence including fair knowledge of Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act/procedures, Karnataka land reforms Act, Karnataka Land Revenue Act; Exposure to commercial contracts is preferred.
- Well versed with revenue documents and sourcing the same from the department.
- Experience/exposure to handle registration of all types of deeds before the Sub registrar/District registrar office.
- Proficient in MS office.
