Details of the Job/Internship
Route Mobile Limited is hiring a Legal Executive to join their operations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves contract management, coordination with internal teams, support in litigation matters, assistance with regulatory compliances, and handling intellectual property-related work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet agreements including supply and services agreements, telecom value added services agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Conduct interactive sessions with sales and product teams to provide legal clarifications and understand requirements for communication, messaging, and IT-enabled mobile telephony services.
- Draft new product agreements with appropriate terms and conditions.
- Review KYC documents of customers and upload the same on the company’s ERP for verification.
- Evaluate contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Initiate, defend, and pursue litigation proceedings, including drafting and replying to legal notices, suits, petitions, replies, plaints, statements, and writ petitions.
- Brief and appoint external legal counsels and prepare cases for legal opinions.
- Assist in obtaining business licences and registrations.
- Handle intellectual property rights-related matters.
Eligibility
- Experience of 1–3 years in contract management.
- Working experience in litigation, including court filings and proceedings.
