Details of the Job/Internship

Route Mobile is hiring an Executive – Legal with 1–3 years of experience to support its legal function.

Role and Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and vetting supply and service agreements.
Drafting new product agreements with appropriate terms and conditions.
Conducting interactive sessions with sales and product teams for legal clarifications and requirement gathering.
Reviewing customer KYC documents and uploading them on the company’s ERP for verification.
Handling telecom value-added services and other commercial contracts.
Evaluating contractual risks and recommending mitigation measures.
Initiating, defending, and pursuing litigation proceedings.
Drafting and responding to legal notices, suits, petitions, replies, and writ petitions.
Briefing and appointing external legal counsels and preparing cases for legal opinions.
Assisting in obtaining business licenses, registrations, and handling intellectual property matters.

Eligibility

1–3 years of experience in contract management.
Working experience in litigation, court filings, and proceedings.
Ability to manage commercial contracts and support litigation matters.
