Details of the Job/Internship
Sahakar Global Limited is hiring a Legal Executive with experience to join their office in Mumbai. This is a full-time on-site role. The candidate will provide legal support and assist the legal team in various assignments, reporting to the Legal Head. Responsibilities include working with internal stakeholders and external counsels, drafting and vetting agreements, managing legal documentation and contracts, conducting legal research, performing due diligence, and supporting disputes and litigation management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Working with the legal team across group companies.
- Drafting and vetting agreements such as NDAs, master agreements, partnership agreements, supplementary agreements, redevelopment/development agreements, sale agreements, JV/LLP agreements, financial agreements, vendor agreements, and share purchase agreements.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, business, and finance teams for company projects.
- Legal documentation and contract management, including drafting, vetting, execution, and maintaining legal database, trackers, and reports.
- Drafting and reviewing letters, notices, and replies to government authorities and other stakeholders.
- Conducting legal research, case searches, and investigating laws and regulations.
- Conducting due diligence and preparing title search reports for properties related to redevelopment and construction projects.
- Supporting disputes and litigation management, including maintaining litigation trackers, MIS, reports, and attending court matters as required.
- Coordinating with external counsels, advocates, law firms, and consultants on litigation and arbitration matters and attending court matters as required.
Eligibility
- Minimum LLB required.
- Team player with an open mindset to learn and adapt.

- Strong attention to detail and legal acumen.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in legal document preparation and providing legal advice.
- Understanding of legal compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in infrastructure and construction industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
Salary/Stipend
