Details of the Job/Internship

Sarvamm Vaishvikam Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 0-3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

a. Tender & GeM Portal Monitoring

• Identify relevant tenders, EOIs, and RFPs on the GeM portal and other platforms.
• Extract and summarize eligibility conditions, required documents, and deadlines.
• Maintain tender trackers for pre-bid queries, submissions, and outcomes.

b. Documentation & Compliance

• Assist in preparing bid documents, affidavits, authorizations, and declarations.
• Ensure compliance with public procurement guidelines and tender requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, commercial, and technical) for timely submissions.

c. Legal & Contractual Support

• Draft simple contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Review RFP/RFQ clauses and contracts for compliance and risk issues.
• Prepare legal notes and research briefs on procurement laws, obligations, and compliance.

d. Coordination & Support

• Liaise with GeM officials, procurement departments, and stakeholders.
• Track bid status, clarifications, and award communications.
• Assist senior team members with drafting responses, letters, and internal reports.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) from a recognized university.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council preferred (not mandatory).
• 0–3 years of experience in legal, contract management, or public procurement.
• Familiarity with GeM portal functions (bid upload, search, documentation) preferred.
• Strong skills in MS Word & Excel for document formatting and tender tracking.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and research abilities.
• Awareness of public procurement rules, GFRs, and GeM procurement policies.
• Exposure to drafting bid-related documents; familiarity with research tools like Manupatra, SCC Online is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

₹2.5 – ₹5.0 LPA (based on experience & capability)
