Details of the Job/Internship

Satyam Developers is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Executive to join them at their office in Vashi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle land acquisition, due diligence, and title verification.
• Draft and vet sale deeds, lease deeds, MoUs, JV & development agreements.
• Liaise with government & revenue authorities for land records, approvals, and NOCs.
• Ensure compliance with Land Acquisition Act, RERA, stamp duty & registration laws.
• Manage property disputes, litigation, and coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Maintain and update land bank documents & agreements.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
