SBL Knowledge Services is hiring for the position of Legal Executive to join their office in Ernakulam, Kerala. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
• Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to our service domains, particularly in eGovernance and digital transformation
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely legal advice to internal teams on a wide range of issues
• Support compliance initiatives, including risk identification, mitigation, and regulatory reporting
• Liaise with external counsel and government authorities as required
• Stay current on legislative developments that may impact the company’s operations and advise on necessary policy or procedural changes

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution; additional certifications or memberships in legal associations are an asset.
• Proven experience in legal drafting, contract review, and compliance management.
• Strong understanding of legal aspects related to eGovernance and digital transformation projects.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Salary/Stipend
