Details of the Job/Internship

Schbang is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Executive with experience of 2 years.

Role and Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities:

Legal (90%):

• Drafting Service Agreements, Supplementary Deeds, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Letter of Intent, Talent Release Forms, Freelancer Agreements, Influencer Agreements, IP Assignment Agreements, and other drafts relevant to the Media industry.
• Drafting notices, replies, and complaints.
• Resolving Trademark and Copyright queries.
• Trademark Applications.
• Providing legal guidance and support to various departments.
• Systematic creation and maintenance of contract trackers.
• Preparation of Excels, trackers, and presentations for internal purposes.

Secretarial (10%):

• Assistance in the preparation of minutes, Board Resolutions, updating statutory records, filing forms with ROC, company incorporation, and related Secretarial Compliances.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 2 years of Experience is required.
• LLB/LLM + Qualified CS.
• Strong command of English.
• Confident and fluent in co-ordination with Clients and internally within teams.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Needs to be extremely systematic with work management.
• Should be good with numbers for the internal role.
• Proficient in laws applicable to Private companies and LLP and basic knowledge of Trademark and Copyrights Laws.
• Needs to be able to work and co-ordinate well internally, with the various teams across the Company. Should be able to handle pressure situations with ease and maturely.
