Schbang is looking for candidate for the position of Legal Executive.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting Service Agreements, Supplementary Deeds, Non Disclosure Agreements, Letter of Intent, Talent Release Forms, Freelancer Agreements, Influencer Agreements, IP Assignment Agreements, and other drafts relevant to the Media industry.
- Drafting notices, replies and complaints
- Resolving Trademark and Copyright queries
- Trademark Applications
- Providing legal guidance and support to various departments
- Systematic creation and maintenance of contract trackers
- Preparation of excels, trackers and presentations for internal purposes.
- Assistance in preparation of minutes, Board Resolutions, updating statutory records, filing forms with ROC, company incorporation, and related Secretarial Compliances.
Eligibility
LLB/LLM.
PQE: 3 Years.
