Sheth Realty is hiring a Legal Executive/Legal Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal due diligence for real estate and commercial transactions.
- Review property and title documents, identify legal risks, and ensure compliance.
- Draft, vet, and review MoUs, Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Development Agreements, and related contracts.
- Ensure legal accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct legal research on property laws, land regulations, and statutory compliances.
- Provide legal opinions and strategic insights for business decisions.
- Support legal aspects of land acquisition, development, and leasing processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments, government bodies, external counsel, and stakeholders for documentation and approvals.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Master’s in Law (LLM).
- 5–7 years of non-litigation legal experience, preferably in real estate or development.
- Strong understanding of property laws, contracts, RERA, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
