Details of the Job/Internship
Shriram Finance Limited is hiring a Legal Executive to join its operations in Odisha. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal documentation, legal advisory support, handling property law and conveyancing matters, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across company operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and ensure detailed compliance.
- Provide professional legal advice to support business operations.
- Handle property law and conveyancing matters.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective case handling.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with enrollment in the Bar Council of India.
- Proficiency in law and providing professional legal advice.
- Experience in legal document preparation and compliance.
- Knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
