Details of the Job/Internship

Sika is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 4-7 years to join their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigations in civil, labour, fiscal, environmental, criminal and consumer rights areas for Sika India.
• Provide monthly reports on the progress and actions of disputes and litigation matters of Sika India.
• Conduct legal research on various topics.
• Manage overall statutory compliance of the company, including corporate housekeeping matters, and initiate corrective measures in case of violations.
• Draft various legal agreements and documentation.

Eligibility

LLB with 4 to 7 years of similar experience.
