Details of the Job/Internship

Sika is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Executive with 4 to 7 years of experience to join them at their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigations of civil, labour, fiscal, environmental, criminal and consumer rights areas of Sika India.
• Provide monthly reports about the progress and actions of disputes and litigation matters of Sika India.
• Legal research on various topics.
• Responsible for managing the overall statutory compliance of the Company, including corporate housekeeping matters, and initiating corrective measures in case of any violation (if any).
• Drafting various legal agreements and documentation.

Eligibility

• LLB with 4 to 7 years of similar experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
