Details of the Job/Internship
Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 5 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Litigation Management
- Oversee ongoing litigations, arbitrations, and disputes involving the company.
- Liaise with and manage external legal counsels to ensure effective representation in proceedings.
2. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements relevant to the unit.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and proactively implement compliance measures.
3. Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and MoUs.
- Safeguard company interests by identifying risks and minimizing potential disputes through effective contract management.
Eligibility
- Education: LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized university. Prior exposure to Sugar, Distillery, or Food industries is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in legal roles, with proven expertise in managing legal functions for a manufacturing unit.
