Details of the Job/Internship

Skyward Realty is hiring a Legal Executive with 2–4 years’ experience in real estate law for its head office in Sector V, Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft and execute agreements.
Verify and register documents.
Provide legal support to customers.
Ensure post-sales RERA compliance.
Manage legal documentation and records.
Vet documents during handover and possession.
Liaise and coordinate with associates and external counsel.
Maintain bill records and comply with laws and internal policies.
Handle litigation, dispute resolution, and legal due diligence.
Advise on RERA, land use, zoning, and title clearance issues.
Support cross-functional teams and coordinate with government authorities.

Eligibility

LLB/LLM degree.
2–4 years’ experience in real estate sector.
Proficiency in property law, RERA, contract law, registration, and municipal regulations.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
