Details of the Job/Internship

SLTL Group (Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd.) is hiring for the position of Legal Executive with 0-3 years of experience to join their office in Gandhinagar. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements (vendor contracts, NDAs, service and supply chain agreements).
• Maintain a centralized repository of all contracts, ensuring timely renewals and compliance tracking.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, declarations, and reports.

2. Litigation Support

• Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation matters involving customers, vendors, distributors, and employees.
• Support internal stakeholders by preparing relevant documents, case summaries, and evidence.
• Maintain and regularly update a litigation tracker and prepare status reports for management.

3. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Organize and safeguard all legal records, contracts, and compliance documents.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of sensitive legal materials.

Eligibility

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) – mandatory.
• Preferred: Background in commerce or experience in corporate/commercial law is a plus.

Experience

• 0–3 years in a legal role, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering, or corporate legal department.

Salary/Stipend
